Motor Driver MKII

The MkII motor driver board is an improved version over the previous design it is still only for small motors however it is much more robust.

Features:

The motor controller board is designed to plug into the mainboard.  It utilises a L293D chip that has 2 motor drivers and requires a separate 6 volt supply for the motors though the control input levels are TTL.

Control input Truth Table:

ML1/MR1 ML2/MR2 Motor Direction
0 0 Stop
0 1 Reverse
1 0 Forward
1 1 Stop

Max current is 0.6A and max peak current is 1.2A
Max power dissipation is 4W.
The motor driver has max voltage of 36V and thermal shutdown protection.
